Refund Policy

At Buy Nest, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the description.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• Original packaging should be retained where possible.

• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products caused by misuse.

• Products damaged after delivery.

• Personal care items (where applicable).

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
